If you’ve not yet heard of the City Loft Hotel in Beaufort, it’s time.

The boutique hotel is quite a different change of pace from what we’re used to seeing in downtown historic Beaufort: Included in the rooms are a king size memory foam topped bed and chair, refrigerator and supple flat-screen TV.

They’ve also got great conveniences like WiFi, a full-service coffee shop (City Java & News), parking and are near of four of Beaufort’s best restaurants.

They also have a wonderful blog that’s a great way to keep up with not only what’s going on at the hotel, but what’s going on in town. It’s great that they’ve tipped us off to the wonderful deal at Saltus!
